Emmanuel Adedeji, MCIArb
Emmanuel Adedeji is a legal practitioner, mediator, arbitrator, trainer, and dispute resolution specialist with significant experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), conflict management, and legal practice. He is an International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator, International School of Management, Germany Certified Mediator and a Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) Accredited Mediator, credentials that place him among a select group of mediators recognized to international standards of competence and professionalism. As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and almnus of International Mediation Campus (IM-Campus). Emmanuel has successfully facilitated the resolution of commercial, workplace, community, family, and institutional disputes through mediation, negotiation, and other ADR processes. His approach combines legal expertise, effective communication, and practical problem-solving to assist parties in reaching mutually beneficial and durable resolutions. Emmanuel is the Founder and Executive Director of Mount Royal Mediation Centre Ltd/GTE, an organization committed to promoting access to justice through mediation, arbitration, negotiation, conflict coaching, and professional ADR training. Through the Centre, he has championed initiatives aimed at building dispute resolution capacity among legal practitioners, businesses, public institutions, educational organizations, and community leaders. A passionate advocate for consensual dispute resolution, Emmanuel regularly designs and facilitates training programmes on mediation, negotiation, conflict management, communication skills, and ADR advocacy. He is dedicated to advancing the use of mediation and other ADR mechanisms as effective tools for preserving relationships, reducing the costs of disputes, and enhancing access to justice. Emmanuel's professional mission is to contribute to the development of a robust dispute resolution culture in Nigeria and beyond by promoting excellence, professionalism, and innovation in mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice.
